You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to contact us if you are not satisfied.

Conditions The mirror must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect, unused condition. Returns damaged by improper handling will not be accepted.

How to proceed? Email us at contact@reflett.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 hours with instructions.

Refund Once the mirror is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Product damaged upon delivery? Send us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
