Terms and Conditions of Sale – Reflet

1. Introduction Reflet is an online store offering decorative acrylic mirrors with anime/manga motifs. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on reflett.com.

2. Products The mirrors are made of acrylic, approximately 40 cm, and shipped from France. The visuals presented on the website are representative of the final product. Slight variations in shade may exist depending on the screen.

3. Prices Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Reflet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Order Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.

5. Payment Payment is secured via Shopify Payments. Accepted methods are: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

6. Delivery Orders are shipped via Colissimo within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery fees are 7 to 9€. A tracking number is communicated by email.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refund The refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of the returned product, to the original payment method.

9. Liability Reflet cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Intellectual Property The visuals of the mirrors are original creations of Reflet. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

11. Personal Data The data collected during the order is used solely for the purpose of processing it, in accordance with the GDPR.
