Terms of Service – Reflet
1. Acceptance By using the website reflett.com and placing an order, you fully accept these terms of service.
2. Service Reflet sells decorative acrylic mirrors featuring anime/manga designs through its online store, reflett.com.
3. Orders An order is final once payment is confirmed. Reflet reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a stock shortage or an obvious pricing error, with a full refund.
4. Prices and payment Prices include all taxes and are shown in the currency displayed for your region. Payment is secured by Shopify Payments. Reflet accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
5. Shipping Orders are shipped with tracking within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary.
6. Returns and refunds You have 30 days to return a product. The refund is issued within 5 to 7 business days after the return is received. See our full refund policy for details.
7. Liability Reflet cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
8. Changes to these terms Reflet reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published.
9. Governing law These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
