Terms of Sale – Reflet

1. About Reflet is an online store selling decorative acrylic mirrors featuring anime/manga designs. These terms of sale apply to every order placed on reflett.com.

2. Products The mirrors are made of acrylic, approximately 40 cm, and shipped from France. The visuals shown on the site are representative of the final product. Slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen.

3. Prices Prices include all taxes and are shown in the currency displayed for your region. Reflet reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale. A confirmation email is sent once payment is validated.

5. Payment Payment is secured by Shopify Payments. Accepted methods: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

6. Shipping Orders are shipped with tracking within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free. A tracking number is sent by email.

7. Right of withdrawal In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Refunds The refund is issued within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product is received, to the original payment method.

9. Liability Reflet cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Intellectual property The mirror designs are original creations by Reflet. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

11. Personal data Data collected during the order is used solely to process it, in accordance with the GDPR.
