Conditions The mirror must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and unused. Returns damaged by improper handling are not accepted.
How does it work? Email us at contact@reflett.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours with the next steps.
Refund Once the mirror has been received and checked, the refund is issued within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged on delivery? Send us a photo of the product and the packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We'll send you a free replacement. Would you rather keep your mirror despite the damage? We'll refund 30% of the price you paid, with nothing to send back.
